How to track sport with iPhone (Health)
To reward your healthy lifestyle, #Stepbystep doesn't track any of your activities, nor use the GPS. In fact, it communicates with Health, the iPhone app that detect your steps and your workouts.
To see your activities, you simple need to click on "Browse", and then on "Activity" to see your workouts and steps in the last day, week or month.
To make sure that #Stepbystep can reward your workout, please click on the avatar on the top-right, then click on "App" and select #Stepbystep to see which category is selected and active. We raccomand you to activate all the categories to allow us to reward all your activity.

To track new activity or workout, you can simple use any of fitness app available on App Store.
The only thing to do is sync the fitness app to Health: to do so, first open the fitness App (for example, Strava), search the settings and click on "third app integrations", "Link other services", "Application, Service with Health" or similar (it changes from app to app).
From here you can allow Health to detect your workout and get rewarded on #Stepbystep.
Make sure that the apps are correctly synched: open Health, click on the avatar on the top-right, then click on "App" and select the fitness app you are using to see which category is selected and active.
Please note: the activities added manually on Health will not be communicated to #Stepbystep, so you can not earn credits from those activities.
