#Stepbystep is the dedicated wellness App of Intesa Sanpaolo powered by Healthy Virtuoso. By connecting with Android or iOs health Apps, Stepbystep tracks and encourages physical activity. Thanks to an ecosystem of rewards users are incentivised to develop healthy habits and be part of a community.
#Stepbystep is the free mobile application that rewards your healthy lifestyle. Unlike many other fitness and sport applications, #Stepbystep doesn't use GPS and it doesn't track directly any activity. It is based only on data coming from Google Fit (Android) and Health (iOS). The aim of #Stepbystep is to help people to increase their awareness of health status and understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
Is #Stepbystep available on Android?

How do vouchers work?
From time to time #Stepbystep will give free vouchers available to users to spend on the main commercial chains (Amazon, Zara, Netflix, etc.). Some users may get vouchers before you do. At #Stepbystep we will always strive to ensure that as many users as possible are happy and engaged with healthy lifestyles. Since it is an application, we advise you to keep an eye on "discount" offers offered by our commercial partners, as well as the new vouchers provided by our team.
I don't own a work cell: can I still join #Stepbystep?
Sure! #Stepbystep is available for all the Intesa Sanpaolo's employees, regardless of the smartphone they use. You just need to provide your company email address and start to get rewarded.

I own both work cell and personal smartphone. Can I download #Stepbystep on both of them?
Using the same account on different smartphones will create a conflict, and some of your training and activity may not be synchronized. For this reason, it is not possible use #Stepbysteps on different smartphones.
I've changed my smartphone and I can't download #Stepbystep. What should I do?
If you already downloaded #Stepbystep and then you changed your smartphone, you might need to follow a procedures to keep using #Stebpystep. This procedure changed based on which smartphone you used to own.

From Android to Android: you simply need to download #Stepbystep from the Play Store, and login using business email and password to keep get credits;

-From iPhone to Android and to Android to iPhone: since #Stepbystep is connected to Health Kit (Health App on iPhone and Google Fit to Android), in order to keep getting credits, you need to change the Health Kit. Once you downloaded #Stepbystep clicking here, we ask you to write to info@stepbystep.healthyvirtuoso.com and receive dedicated support. Our team will answer you back with the complete procedure;
