How to track sport with Android (Google Fit)
To reward your healthy lifestyle, #Stepbystep doesn't track any of your activities, nor use the GPS. In fact, it communicates with Google Fit, the Android's app that detect your steps and your workouts.
Open Google Fit app and click on "+" button you see on botton-left and click on "Track workout" to start record your new activity: you can select the activity type and start record it.
If you want forgot to record your activity, or if you just want to see your previous workouts, you just need to click on "Journal" and see the workouts that your smartphone detected automatically. If needed, you can change previous workout.

Do you use fitness Apps like adidas Running, Strava, Nike Running Club or similar? Even better.
You can sync the workouts tracked with your favorite fitness app. You just need to open the fitness App (for example, Strava), search the settiings and click on "third app integrations", "Link other services", "Sync with Google Fit" or similar (it changes from app to app).
From here you can allow Google Fit to detect your workout and get rewarded on #Stepbystep.
Make sure that the apps are correclty synched: open Google Fit, click on "Profile" and then on "Settings": from "Menage connected apps", you can see all the Apps connected to Google Fit, including #Stepbystep. If you can't see your fitness app, please make sure that you are in the correct account (if you use more than one, you can change it clicking on the top).
Please note: the activities added manually on Google Fit will not be communicated to #Stepbystep, so you can not earn credits from those activities.
