How to track night rest

#Stepbystep rewards your correct behaviors, including proper night rest.

If you have got a fitness tracker with night sleep detector, you just need to sync your fitness tracker to earn the credits (click here to find out more).

 

In any case, you can earn credits even if you don't have a fitness tracker: just make sure that Google Fit (Android) or Health (iPhone) detect your sleep.

Google Fit (Android)

To add your night sleep on Google Fit, you just need to scroll the home page and click on "Sleep", press on "+" button on top-right.

From there, you just need to add sleeping time and awakening time. The game is made!

Health (iOS)

To add your night sleep on Health, you just need to open the app "Clock" and select "Bedtime".

From there, you just need to add bedtime and awakening time. If you don't use the iPhone in that timeframe, Health will detect that hours as night rest and you will be rewarded.
